When you visit the shop for your fitting, ask our team to reserve an available ski resort shuttle seat. This service is for eligible package rentals, and seats are limited.

Shuttles operate on the first and last days of your original rental booking only.
Daily transfers between those dates are not included.

Reserve your seat at the shop

The ski resort shuttle is booked in person on your fitting day, subject to available seats. Book your rental package online first, then confirm your shuttle departure with our team. A rental reservation alone does not secure a ski resort shuttle seat.

Service limits

• The outbound trip is available only on the original booking's first rental day.
• The return trip is available only on the original booking's final rental day.
• There is no daily shuttle during the days between.
• An earlier return does not guarantee an alternative shuttle seat.
• The driver can wait no more than five minutes after the scheduled departure.

After the return trip

Guests who are not staying at Shin Furano Prince Hotel return their gear at our shop. After the equipment check, eligible guests can be taken back to their original pickup hotel or another approved location within the 24 designated areas, if arranged in advance.
