When you book an eligible rental package, select a hotel-to-shop fitting shuttle during online checkout.

We pick you up at an eligible hotel, check and adjust your equipment at the shop, then return you and your gear to the same hotel.

A fitting usually takes around 20–40 minutes. Allow more time for groups, size changes or additional adjustments.

How to book

1. Choose your package and rental dates online.
2. Select an available fitting shuttle time at checkout.
3. Enter your hotel name and requested accommodation details.
4. After confirmation, meet the driver outside the hotel's main entrance.

Meeting the driver

• Be at the main hotel entrance five minutes before your booked time.
• The driver will not search the lobby or call each guest individually.
• The shuttle leaves on schedule and can wait no more than five minutes.
• If you expect to be late, contact us promptly. Another departure cannot be guaranteed.
• If you miss the shuttle, please make your own way to the shop for fitting and pickup.

Eligible package renters may use this service. A child aged 12 or under who rents equipment may be accompanied by one adult.
