02 — Fitting & Pickup

Day before: 17:45 or 18:25
First rental day: 08:00

Hotel pickup and transportation following the fitting are included with eligible equipment packages.

03 — Shin Furano Resort Shuttle

To resort: 08:25 / 09:10 / 10:40
From resort: 15:30 / 16:40

Available on the first and final rental days only. Reservations must be made during fitting and are subject to availability.

04 — Equipment Return

Shin Furano Prince Hotel guests may arrange an approved hotel return. All other equipment must be returned to the shop.

Important Shuttle Information

Complimentary shuttle service is limited to designated Furano service zones and customers with an active rental package. Seats are limited. 

Child under 12 with an equipment rental package may be accompanied by one adult family member without any booking packages.

All shuttle services depart according to schedule. Drivers will wait for a maximum of five minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If the customer is not present within this period, the shuttle will depart and the reservation will be treated as missed.
