FAR FAR AWAY OUTDOOR Booking & Rental Process
Step 1: Online Reservation
- Add your selected equipment packages to the cart. During the checkout process, you will be required to provide your contact information, rental duration, and technical specifications (Height in cm, Weight in kg, and Foot Size in cm).

Step 2: Pre-Rental Fitting & Pickup (Package Exclusive Service)
❄️Important: Please select your preferred preferred Fitting Shuttle time slot time slot during checkout. You may choose between the evening prior to your rental or the morning your rental begins.❄️
To ensure a safe and comfortable fit, our shuttle will pick you up from your hotel for a professional fitting session at our shop.
- Fitting Slots (Reserve during checkout):
- Day Before Rental: 17:45 or 18:25
- Day of Rental: 08:00
- Service: After fitting and adjustment, we will transport both you and your equipment back to your accommodation (or provide a shuttle to the ski resort if you choose the 08:00 slot).
Step 3: Resort Shuttle Service (Package Exclusive Service)
On the first day (To Resort) and the final day (From Resort) of your rental, you may utilize our scheduled ski resort shuttle.
- Reservation: This must be booked in-person at the shop during your fitting.
- Pick-up/Drop-off:
*From FFA to Resort: 08:25 / 09:10 / 10:40
*From Resort to FFA to Hotel: 15:30 / 16:40 - Availability: Please note that shuttle seats are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Service is subject to availability at the time of booking.
❄️ Shuttle Service Coverage & Important Notice❄️
Complimentary shuttle services are available ONLY within the 24 designated zones of Furano City
Pickup and drop-off locations outside of these zones are NOT included and must be confirmed with our customer service team in advance. Availability cannot be guaranteed for out-of-area requests.
If your accommodation is located outside the designated service area and confirmation has not been received prior to your reservation, shuttle service may be declined on the day of service.
- Late arrival policy:
Shuttles depart on time. Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
No rescheduling or alternative transportation will be provided if the shuttle is missed.
- Pickup location:
Please wait at the main entrance of your hotel at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Drivers will not enter hotel lobbies or make phone calls to locate guests.
Shuttle services are provided exclusively for guests with an active rental package.
- Companion Policy (For family use only):
For family use only, children under 12 years old who have rented an equipment package may be accompanied by one adult on the shuttle.
Additional companions, friends, or guests without an equipment package are NOT eligible for shuttle transport

Step 4: Equipment Return
- ShinFurano Prince Hotel Guests: You may return gear at designated hotel locations (Prior arrangement required).
- Non-Prince Hotel Guests: Please take the return shuttle from the resort back to our shop. Once the inspection is complete, we provide a complimentary shuttle service back to your hotel or a designated area within the 24 designated zones (Package Exclusive Service, please inform staff in advance).
